Ivan Putin was a member of KVI, a Russian agency investigating alien threats, in the 2000s. He made tea for the KVI director Maxim Ivanov. Putin shared his last name with another, more famous namesake to whom he was not related, and he "heard all the jokes". (AUDIO: The Torchwood Archive)
