Pule was the Unvoss delegate to the Temporal Summit of the Temporal Powers. Baano said that he was a funny little thing that liked to party. In one of the timelines that Hossak negated, he was killed by a drink a servitor gave him. When time was rewritten he wasn't killed as Romana II stopped V'rell from planting the bomb in the drink.
