Golden Futures was a company that secretly built replicas of planets to replace destroyed ones. They owned pods in which people can spend the remainder of their lives in tailored dreams, in which Speravores fed on their potential to create energy to be used in the building of the planets.
The Sixth Doctor purchased 51% of the company's shares in order to investigate, and there met River Song. The two uncovered and attempted to thwart Golden Futures' plans. (AUDIO: World Enough and Time) They succeeded with the help of the Seventh Doctor. (AUDIO: The Eye of the Storm)
