Gabbard (Scavenger)

Gabbard was the commander of the Nelson Mandela International Space Station and thought that Joyti Cutler was making up the appearance of Salvage Two. He later opened the airlock to allow Joyti and Flip Jackson back on board. He didn't like Joyti using the command deck to help the Doctor, and then relieved her of duty. (AUDIO: Scavenger)
