Gabbard (Scavenger)

Gabbard was the commander of the Nelson Mandela International Space Station in 2071. He thought that Jyoti Cutler was making up the appearance of Salvage Two. He later opened the airlock to allow Jyoti and Flip Jackson back on board. He didn't like Jypti using the command deck to help the Doctor. As a result, he relieved her of duty. (AUDIO: Scavenger)
