The New Earth System was a system of thirty habitable planets that included New Earth, Queen Victoria, Little Yugoslavia, New Yugoslavia, Davy Crockett and High Sierra. Humanity colonised the system in 2380, and fifty years later, fewer than a million people lived there. The Daleks invaded the system and planned to destroy the system with neutron fire so that they could turn the system into a breeding ground for cloning Daleks.
