Oswald was a conspiracy theorist. During the Ice Warriors' takeover of England in 1997, he transmitted information to help fight them. Afterwards, he wrote a a best-selling book claiming the whole incident had been a hoax and that there were no Martians. (PROSE: The Dying Days)
