Remand Station Mackay-One was a prison.

On the 23rd century, the Judoon took prisoner 280 to be incarcerated on Remand Station Mackay-One. The Doctor was put under arrest for the murder of Tara Mishra. (COMIC: Slaver's Song)

The institute aimed to "cure" prisoners of their criminal ways by removing all of the prisoner's negative emotions and depositing them into another body, known as a Sin-Eater. When they tried this treatment on the Doctor, his Sn-Eater became conscious and helped awaken the other Sin-Eaters in the prison. (COMIC: Sin-Eaters)
