Kevin Stoney was a 20th century human.

Geoff Bickerstaff, Kevin's brother, was one of the people kidnapped from the 1986 Blackpool funfair by the Celestial Toymaker to help develop his deadly video games. Geoff and the other prisoners were freed with the help of the Sixth Doctor and Peri Brown. (PROSE: The Nightmare Fair, AUDIO: The Nightmare Fair)
