Terra Nova was an alternate Earth created by the entity known as Iam. The Doctor and the Rani became trapped on Terra Nova during its Roman Empire era, and the Rani had tried to manipulate the three children of Terra Nova's Cleopatra, but failed. (MA: State of Change)
