He also conducted interviews for Doctor Who Magazine, wrote the text for the illustrated book Doctor Who: The Monsters, provided additional material for Doctor Who: Cybermen and co-wrote Graeme Harper's book about his experiences in directing Doctor Who Calling the Shots.
