story notes
- Sam and Joe Kent-Smith played Haemovores in episode 4 in the original story but their scenes were cut - for the special edition their scenes were edited back in.
- When BBC Video released The Curse of Fenric in 1991 Nicholas Mallett and Mark Ayres compiled some notes on how to turn the story into a movie version - this eventually happened in 2003.
