Kali was the Hindu goddess of death.[source needed]
One account said that Kali was the leader of the Kaliratha, a vampiric species. She possessed Clara in the 24th century, but she was freed and Kali defeated by the Twelfth Doctor. She has blue skin and four arms. (COMIC: The Swords of Kali)
