Voodoo Charter

The Voodoo Charter was a mostly unwritten agreement defining the limits of the Remonstration Bureau.
It was made between the Bureau and the major time-active powers. The name came from one of the few written clauses, which was drafted in the Eleven-Day Empire. (PROSE: The Book of the War)
