Falconstock was a technician principal of the second rank. He worked for the Guild of Adjudicators and was told to watch over the Fifth Doctor. He then traced Tegan Jovanka and Nyssa to the hotel. He was a member of the Unitatus. (PROSE: Cold Fusion)
