The Sarah Jane Adventures novelisations are a series of novelisations based on The Sarah Jane Adventures TV stories. The books carry the BBC logo (and, later, the Doctor Who logo) but are published by Penguin Character Books, not BBC Books, which publishes original novels based upon Doctor Who and Torchwood.

The series of novelisations are the first to be published since 1996 when Doctor Who - The Novel of the Film (based on Doctor Who (1996)) was published and the first in an ongoing series since The Evil of the Daleks was published by Virgin Books (though as part of the Target Books run) in 1994.

The complete first season of The Sarah Jane Adventures has been novelised, along with (so far) the first two stories of Series 2. A Series 3 story, featuring the Tenth Doctor, has also been adapted. Future releases have yet to be announced.
