The Testimony Foundation is a foundation in which combines time travel and memory extraction techniques. They take the people who are near death in their timelines, duplicate memories, and then put back to their solid bodies at the moment of their death with no pain, distress or any memory of the process. That way, the dead can be uploaded into a Glass avatar, and "live again"
