Jay Binks was the third technician who works at refuelling-station B on the planet Duchamp 331. He becomes the only survivor after the base is attacked. While recovering at the Duchamp control he dies. Then whilst The Doctor carries out a post-mortem on him, he comes back to life and tries to kill The Doctor. After failing to do so he finally dies.
