Noni was the son of Mary Barnes and helped her run a waxworks. He followed Romana II and the Fourth Doctor to Goole's Gallery of Ghouls and had to face off against Goole. After the Gallery blew up, he thought of having a Chamber of Horrors for their own exhibit. (AUDIO: Gallery of Ghouls)
