Cargan

Cargan was a Time Lord.
On a trip with Orb after he graduated from the Time Lord Academy, he was stranded on the planet Minatorius when his TARDIS was drained of energy. When he discovered that the drain was a potential threat to the universe, he tried to shut down the machine causing it. He and his TARDIS were destroyed by the feedback. (COMIC: Minatorius)
