Minatorius was a planet.
On a trip with Orb, after he had graduated from the Time Lord Academy, Cargan was stranded on Minatorius when his TARDIS was drained of energy. When he discovered that the drain was a potential threat to the universe, he tried to shut down the machine causing it. He and his TARDIS were destroyed by the feedback. (COMIC: Minatorius)
