Sergeant Major Lenk was the leader of a Sontaran squad who was in a battle against another squad of Sontarans. He attended to the medical details of the Sontaran troops. He accompanied the Fourth Doctor to find the TARDIS. He learnt that he was trapped in a time bubble to teach a race the futility of war. (AUDIO: The Eternal Battle)
