Funderell was a planet 20 days out from Sol. It was a strange dark-green world which was featureless. It's surface was a constant wave. According to Time Lord files it was placed on a weak point in space and time where the parallel timelines could be accessed. It was placed in a Transduction barrier and had a local service team to keep it there. (AUDIO: The Skin of the Sleek) It didn't have an ocean floor. When the Fourth Doctor reset the timelines it became restored and the sea became blue. (AUDIO: The Thief Who Stole Time)
