Julia Hartley-Price was captured by the Auctioneers.
She was placed in the same cell as Sam Bishop. After they escaped, she joined him in looking for their capturers. She knew Bishop's full name, which made him suspicious. She was actually part of the Auctioneers and was using Bishop in a virtual reality game. She posed as the Overseer. She talked to Petronella Osgood and Kate Stewart when they came to find Sam Bishop and told them the code to a box in their facility. They gave Kate and Osgood a puzzle to find Bishop. During the Cybermen invasion she took control of Kate's helicopter. She confronted Kate as she thought it was due to her meddling. She was killed by the War Master. (AUDIO: Master of Worlds)
