Reginald Barratt (25 January 1920-10 June 1977) played Smithers in the Doctor Who television story Planet of Giants.

Barratt's other credits included roles on Dixon of Dock Green, Z-Cars, Danger Man, Public Eye, The First Lady, The Avengers, Department S, Paul Temple and Last of the Summer Wine. He also appeared in the film Taste the Blood of Dracula and had regular roles as Planchet in a 1954 adaptation of The Three Musketeers and Mr Watson on Emergency – Ward 10.
