Ben Aaronovitch is the author of several Doctor Who stories. He also contributed to the Davros Connections documentary, and the charity reference book Behind the Sofa: Celebrity Memories of Doctor Who. He is the brother of Owen Aaronovitch and David Aaronovich.

Aaronvitch allowed the use of characters he created for televised Doctor Who in the non-Doctor Who short stories Excalibur of Mars and The Dogs of War.
