Dave Jervis (also known as David Jervis) was credited for electronic effects on the Doctor Who television stories Destiny of the Daleks, City of Death and The Horns of Nimon. He was also credited for video effects on the television story Meglos.
He had earlier been the uncredited inlay operator on Revenge of the Cybermen, (INFO: Revenge of the Cybermen) Terror of the Zygons (INFO: Terror of the Zygons) and Pyramids of Mars.
