The Book of Celebrants was a record of distinguished and celebrated individuals in the 67th century.

The Doctor noted that Eve Cicero was in the Book of Celebrants, and when Eve heard the Doctor's name, she claimed the Doctor had a whole chapter, which the Doctor casually waved off. However, before leaving, the Doctor also mentioned it may have been a whole volume. (TV: The Tsuranga Conundrum)
