The Book of Celebrants was a record of distinguished and celebrated individuals in the 67th century.
The Thirteenth Doctor noted that Eve Cicero was in the Book of Celebrants. Eve, on hearing the Doctor's name, claimed the Doctor had a whole chapter. The Doctor elaborated her contribution was closer to a whole volume. (TV: The Tsuranga Conundrum)
