Malcolm James (visual effects) was the visual effects designer on the Doctor Who television story Ghost Light. Before this, he had worked on episodes of Chris Boucher's Star Cops directed by Graeme Harper. He had an active career for a few years thereafter and was credited sporadically until 1997.
