Grace Wyndham Goldie was the Head of Current Affairs at the BBC in 1963. When Doctor Who was discussed by the BBC's senior management in December of that year, she was one of the executives who thought that Doctor Who was "unsuitably placed" at it's broadcast time of 5:15.
