Cal "Sparkplug" MacNannovich was a cybernetic hyperstar in the year 5,000,000,000. He was one of the guests on Platform One when Earth was destroyed. He and his friend wore large hooded cloaks and cybernetic face masks which were pumped with special mixtures of air. (DW: The End of the World)
Cal MacNannovich, along with the other survivors of Platform One, was later kidnapped by the Elth of Balhoon, who believed that they hadn't tried to help the Moxx of Balhoon and had abandoned him to die. They were rescued by the Doctor, and not only forgave the Elth for kidnapping them, they offered to help him. (DWBIT: Reunion of Fear)
