Hassan Al-Nadyr was a Saudi Arabian prince who visited the United Kingdom about Oil trade. Upon visiting the Opera House he noted how sad operas are. He had to leave in the panic which Toby Kinsella created. He didn't tell Overton about seeing Kinsella. He was irate at the way British Intelligence was treating him. (AUDIO: Who Killed Toby Kinsella?) He thought that he should hold the world to ransom, which energy payments. He told Ian Gilmore, Rachel Jensen and Allison Williams about his connections with Kinsella and they were informed about Mikhail. Gilmore used him as bait to get Mikhail.
