Mikhail was a Soviet Union assassin who killed a spy. He later spied on Toby Kinsella and attempted to assassinate him. He went to Kinsella's funeral. He assassinated Routledge. (AUDIO: Who Killed Toby Kinsella?)
He later tried to assassinate Hassan Al-Nadyr. He was recruited as a Soviet Spy but was arrested by the secret service whilst at university. He was caught by Kinsella. Mikhail was tortured by the Russians as part of their experiments to cheat death. (AUDIO: The Dead Don't Rise)
