History
House Halfling campaigned for equal rights between all inhabitants of the City of the Saved, regardless of their lineage. Its founder was himself half-human and half-Homeworlder.
Amanda Legend Lefcourt spoke for the house in the Chamber of Residents. (PROSE: The Book of the War) The House's ultimate aim, in her eyes, was to see the City of the Saved opened to all races, not just humans.[source needed]
