Leonid Kurakin

Leonid Kurakin was a soldier who found the Sixth Doctor and Peri Brown near the burning car. He was sent to look for Grigori Kalashnikov and Christina Pushkin by Alexei Kozlov. He wanted to know if Peri and the Doctor were a couple, and he worked out that Peri wasn't Russian. Peri told Kurakin that she came from Latvia. He tricked Peri into going into a restricted area, but this was to tell her that they were to find a traitor. (AUDIO: 1963: The Space Race)
