P.R.O.B.E.'s headquarters were located in a building in London. It had facilities for assistant Lou Bayliss to make tea for herself and Liz. The building's interior was white and largely bare.
It contained an office used by Liz Shaw which she described as being cramped and not what she had been promised when she joined the organisation. Liz's office had newspaper articles relating to her past career at UNIT, as well as a photograph of Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart, on her wall. (HOMEVID: The Zero Imperative)
