Oliver Elmes (died 2011[1]) was the graphic designer for the Doctor Who television stories Time and the Rani, Paradise Towers, Delta and the Bannermen, Silver Nemesis, Ghost Light and Survival, as well as the 1993 special Dimensions in Time.
