Ivan Putin was a member of KVI, a Russian agency investigating alien threats, in the 2000s. He made tea for the KVI director Maxim Ivanov. Putin shared his last name with a more famous person to whom he was not related, and he had "heard all the jokes". He was in charge of telling a set of oligarchs that their girlfriends were alien sexdolls. He knew that the Girlfriends where part of The Committee. (AUDIO: The Torchwood Archive)
