Guardus

Guardus was another dimension or place within another dimension, a short "sideways dimensional step" from the Axis. It was home to the Overseer and others like him who possessed a multi-faceted consciousness. The Grand Presidium was on Guardus. (AUDIO: The Axis of Insanity)
