Hatch was a phone shop owner at an alien artefact black market on City Road. Jack Harkness did not care whether he was human or alien, but he implied that he was not Sorvix.
He unsuccessfully tried to find a remote for Orr's control necklace for Jack and Tyler Steele. Later, Tyler asked him if he had something against a psychic getting into his head, disturbed by Orr taking Damian's form. (AUDIO: Orr)
