Robar was the engineer on a recently revamped solar-yacht, the Tiger Moth. The ship was attacked during its shakedown cruise by a group of Sontarans who were searching for a Rutan agent. Robar was the first of the crew to be killed by the Rutan stow-away, and his form was used by the creature to lure others to their deaths. (RP: Shakedown: Return of the Sontarans)
