Peter Whitaker (12 February 1921-24 November 2002[1]) played several roles on Doctor Who, only one of which he was ever credited.
His other television appearances included roles on Taxi!, Adam Adamant Lives!, Dad's Army, The First Churchills, Doomwatch, Upstairs, Downstairs, Blake's 7 and Rumpole of the Bailey.
