Zellin was an immortal being, presumably from before the universe. He appeared as an old man. He kidnapped Tibo one of Ryan Sinclair’s friends. (TV: Can You Hear Me?

Zellin's abilities and species bare a remarkable resemblance to the Vishklar. It's possible that their species are related, as they both originate from different dimensions.
