"Queen Mab" (poem)
From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference
"Queen Mab" was a work by Percy Bysshe Shelley. When the Lone Cyberman invaded Villa Diodati in 1816, it quoted Shelley's work, saying "He cherisheth the snakes that gnaw his heart and he raises up the tyrant whose delight is in his woe." This startled Mary Shelley, who gasped and wondered how the Cyberman knew Percy's words. (TV: The Haunting of Villa Diodati)
