A group of hunters. (TV: A Good Man Goes to War)

Tribal masks were what the Eleventh Doctor called the distinctive masks worn by Silurian Hunters of the subspecies who lacked a third eye. (GAME: The Mazes of Time) These masks resembled the face of a Silurian species seen on prehistoric Earth. The faces of the Silurians who wore the masks, however, were more reminiscent of humans. (COMIC: Supremacy of the Cybermen) Elite warriors forgone the use of masks, as the Doctor observed, their skills in combat made them feared even without a mask. (GAME: The Mazes of Time)
