David Ellis

David Ellis (22 June 1918-30 June 1978[1]) was the pen name used by writer David Kerkham. He co-wrote the Doctor Who television story The Faceless Ones with Malcolm Hulke. He also wrote for Dixon of Dock Green and Z-Cars.
