Sven (Sven and the Scarf)

Sven was an alien researcher at GeoComTex in 2012.
He once located the Fourth Doctor's scarf and began examining "alien artefacts" left behind on it; though some of the artefacts turned out to be less than riveting (they included a jelly baby and what looked for all the word like a piece of green bubblewrap), he documented them all faithfully and filed them away in duly-labeled glass containers.
