The Pandora Bolt was a two-part security system designed to keep people away through psionic image projection, unleashing fears and amplifying paranoia. It was given to Midge and Jim by the Twelfth Doctor and taken by the Eighth in 2020, hoping that he could use it to jump start the TARDIS. (AUDIO: Lost Property)
