Eye filter

Eye filters were similar to a perception field, allowing Time Lords to make themselves unnoticed. They were often used by younger Time Lords to hide from tutors.

Thanks to the Ten's mesmeric influence, the Eleven was able to use an eye filter to escape from the Capitol prison facility completely invisible. Liv Chenka, however, was able to see him on the security footage due to her being human. (AUDIO: The Eleven)
